Dr Donald Charles de Rozario is the Director & Chief Executive Officer of Citadel Capital Sdn Bhd. He oversees the Wealth Management Advisory Services including Estate & Legacy Planning. He has more than thirty-six (36) years of experience in insurance planning and risk management associated with Allianz Life. He obtained the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) in 1989 and completed Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Registered Financial Planner (RFP) in 2007. He became a Licensed Financial Planner (Capital Markets Services Representative’s License) with Securities Commission in 2008. He graduated as a Doctor of Philosophy in Financial Planning from Pebble Hills University, USA in February 2010. He achieved the top direct group nationwide in the Agency Manager category in Allianz Life and Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status in 2001. He has achieved many industry awards like National Top Producer club in wealth management over the years and is a much sought after speaker or trainer in wealth management. After leaving A.D. Capital Sdn Bhd in 2005, he joined other top tier Financial Advisory firms.
