Mr. Alain Boey is the Chief of Operation at Citadel Group Sdn. Bhd., where he oversees digital transformation, data governance and operational excellence across the organisation. With extensive leadership experience spanning the oil and gas, financial services, FMCG and consultancy sectors, he plays a key role in strengthening enterprise agility, governance and sustainable digital growth.
He actively contributes to professional committees locally and internationally and has been recognised with notable industry honors, including the Customer Experience Leadership Award (2015) and the “Legend” Award at the World CIO 200 – Malaysia (2023). Known for his strategic vision and commitment to data-driven excellence, Mr. Boey’s leadership continues to advance Citadel’s mission of building a secure, innovative and future-ready ecosystem.

Mr. Saravanan Ramaiah is the Chief Financial Officer of Citadel Group Sdn. Bhd., where he leads the Group’s overall financial strategy, governance and operations. With a strong foundation in financial management, corporate planning and business optimisation, he plays a pivotal role in driving fiscal discipline and ensuring the Group’s sustainable growth and profitability.
He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. Recognised for his strategic insight and analytical acumen, he is dedicated to upholding financial excellence and supporting Citadel’s long-term vision and corporate integrity. His leadership continues to strengthen the Group’s financial resilience, enabling strategic expansion and operational excellence across all business divisions.

Ms. Kamilah Hanif brings over a decade of legal experience spanning litigation, corporate advisory, employment law and regulatory compliance. She has provided strategic counsel across diverse industries on governance, HR compliance, risk management and fintech regulation, with expertise in PDPA, e-KYC and AML/CFT frameworks.
Her approach combines practical legal strategy with evolving regulatory standards, ensuring that Citadel Group’s operations remain both compliant and future-ready. She is recognised for her analytical precision, strong ethical grounding and ability to align legal frameworks with the Group’s strategic objectives.
